Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in tech/engineering/manufacturing/quality or similar.
• Experience leading large projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Product Engineering group for specific product lines through supervisor and ensure strategic intentions are met.
• Clarify, understand, and document customer requirements, product specifications, industry requirements, and product applications.
• Drive root cause analysis for product integrity issues.
• Respond to customer and commercial requests for rapid product changes.
