Job summary

AIG is seeking a Multinational Client Executive in Houston to manage an assigned portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 multinational programs in collaboration with product underwriters and distribution.

You will oversee multinational service delivery, coordinate communication across stakeholders, provide technical guidance to underwriters, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements. This is a senior external service contact role supporting growth of the multinational portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial insurance experience, preferably client servicing (broker or company background).
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structures.
• Client focused with experience working with multinational corporations and senior client personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the multinational service delivery for the assigned portfolio and be accountable for the multinational client experience.
• Provide direction and guidance to stakeholders across Multinational Business Model and AIG Network for compliant program design.
• Lead the promotion and adoption of the AIG Multinational End-to-End process, ensuring roles and timelines are understood.
