Job summary

Willis Towers Watson’s Multinational Client Management team seeks a Global Specialist to support advisory, development, implementation and coordination of complex international programs. You will liaise with global clients and networks, ensuring accurate documentation and effective coverage strategies.

This role emphasizes risk analysis, regulatory considerations, and collaboration across the State-side and international teams, with visa sponsorship not offered for this specific opportunity.

Qualifications

• Active broker’s license preferred or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree; international business or finance preferred.
• 2–5 years insurance industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel.
• Foreign language skills a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management and prioritization, attention to detail, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of clients’ business, priorities, risk strategies and needs.
• Advise on global risk strategy, program structure, and regulatory nuances.
• Present client risk exposures to insurers to optimize coverage.
• Design and negotiate non-US casualty program placements.
• Handle high-volume documentation (certificates, policies) accurately.
• Build international market knowledge and support brokerage teams.
