Willis Towers Watson seeks a Global Specialist for Multinational Client Management to advise on global risk strategy and program structure, coordinating with the international network and State-side brokerage teams.

The role involves designing and negotiating non-US casualty placements, handling documentation, and supporting a multinational book of business while monitoring market developments and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; international business or finance preferred
• Active broker’s license preferred
• 2–5 years insurance industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple items with attention to detail and strong customer service

Mansioni

• Understand clients’ business, priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs
• Advise on global risk strategy, program structure, and regulatory nuances
• Package and present client risk exposures to insurers to optimize coverage
• Design and negotiate non-US Casualty program placements with coverage expertise
• Handle certificates and policies accurately; manage large datasets
• Coordinate with international network and maintain flow between network, State-side team and client
