Job summary

The role requires 6+ years of experience, strong Adobe CS skills, and a hands-on approach to multimedia production and digital advertising. On-site role in Minster, OH with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience, corporate experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and core marketing technologies.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, multimedia production, CMS, and content management.

Responsibilities

• Own digital channels, content production, and lead generation initiatives.
• Manage development, optimization, and ownership of company websites and related platforms.
• Lead or support development of technology-based marketing tools (apps, AI-enabled solutions).
• Oversee email marketing program, digital ads across social/SEO/ PPC, analytics, and data governance.
• Create and manage social content for 30+ NP&A brands; analyze metrics for site and program optimization.
• Provide in-house multimedia production (video/photo) and design using Adobe tools.
• Support sales and marketing alignment, travel up to 15%, and cross-functional collaboration.
