The role will lead digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content management across North America, coordinating with regional teams and external vendors, including trade shows and translations, to maintain a consistent brand image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing is required.
• 8+ years of marketing experience or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and core marketing technologies.
• Hands-on digital marketing, social media, content management, and CMS experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with global teams.
• Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a communications strategy to support sales, brand awareness, and benefits of NP&A to the global marketplace.
• Lead digital marketing, social media, and website optimization efforts across North America.
• Manage trade shows and external vendors involved in promotional activities.
• Coordinate translations for multiple markets and languages.
• Track performance and deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate across regions (Europe and Asia) to align multimedia and AI capabilities with strategy.
