Job summary
Evotec (US) Inc. is seeking a Principal Process Engineer to lead late-stage molecule tech transfer and commercial manufacturing support.
You will drive global tech transfer activities, develop critical process validation strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time tech transfer. The role emphasizes providing technical leadership, improving process control strategies, and mentoring junior engineers while working within a global MSAT
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with substantial experience in biopharma process transfer.
- Experience leading technology transfer and process validation for late-stage/ commercial campaigns.
- Strong GMP knowledge and quality systems experience for process transfer and validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology transfer for late-stage molecule/ commercial manufacturing campaigns.
- Develop, review and approve technical documentation for PPQ, protocols, and batch records.
- Support regulatory submissions and inspection readiness.
- Mentor/junior engineers and lead site-to-site tech transfer activities.
