Job summary

Syner-G is hiring a Staff Process Engineer / MSAT Technology Transfer Lead with 10–15+ years of biologics manufacturing experience. You will manage ~10 concurrent mAb tech transfer programs, driving cross-functional execution from process transfer to GMP manufacturing and PPQ, ensuring technical readiness and milestone achievement.

The role requires deep MSAT expertise, governance development, and hands-on process development to support technical troubleshooting and commercialization activities.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical/Biochemical/bioprocess engineering or related field, preferred.
• 10–15+ years in MSAT, process engineering, tech transfer or biologics manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple tech transfer programs for biologics (mAbs).

Responsibilities

• Lead ~10 concurrent mAb drug substance tech transfer programs with milestones and risks.
• Drive tech transfer from handoff through GMP manufacturing and PPQ readiness.
• Partner with MSAT leadership; implement governance, reporting, and resourcing tools.
• Provide technical leadership in monoclonal antibody manufacturing and related ops.
• Develop risk-based validation and PPQ strategies; support commercialization planning.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and PM teams.
