Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, labor studies or labor and industrial relations, business, science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing or procurement
• Experience in supplier relationship management, KPI and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, contracting and implementation
• Strong analytical skills (financial, spend, supply market, etc.)
• Cost and service analysis and recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex global or regional teams.
• Demonstrated project or program management experience.
• Experience in strategy development and execution
• Demonstrated success in supplier development.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment with multiple objectives and creative problem solving
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to gain consensus through collaboration
• Familiar with financial reporting, manufacturing cost systems and lean tools.

Aufgaben

• Create and implement strategic plans delivering 3-5% annual improvement on spend categories
• Lead MRO category and regional implementations
• Run data analysis and recommend changes to supplier panel to improve cost and service levels
• Coordinate regional projects and buyers for categories outside global scope
• Plan and execute quarterly business reviews with preferred suppliers
• Develop and monitor action plans as required
• Follow and teach best practices of sourcing and supply management
• Generate timely and accurate reporting on progress towards objectives
