The International Programs Project Engineers will lead multidisciplinary teams to design, integrate, test, and field cutting-edge sensors and payload solutions for UAS. AMS in San Diego, CA seeks engineers to develop customer-facing relationships and produce mission system capabilities that meet end-user CONOPs.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced engineering education with progressive experience in project engineering or technical leadership.
• Strong ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate across departments to meet milestones.
• Experience in hardware/software integration across Mechanical, Electrical, RF, Cyber and Software domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse engineering teams to meet program milestones within cost and schedule.
• Oversee integration of mission payloads and sensors for international customer requirements.
• Provide rapid technical support for fielding efforts (QRC/COCO) to ensure readiness and deployment.
• Represent programs as technical lead for international customers and external stakeholders.
