Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) is seeking a System Engineering Supervisor to lead a team at the intersection of systems engineering and software development for the MQ-9B software IPT.

You will drive requirements development and ensure software integration across remotely piloted aircraft systems. The role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and shaping the engineering direction for advanced aircraft technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Masters or PhD in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineering License desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for interfacing with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of System Engineers.
• Plan and schedule work assignments; monitor schedules and deliverables.
• Represent the organization as primary technical contact for assigned programs.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff and drive engineering solutions.
