Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Significant experience as a Global Mobility Manager for a large company and mobility tax experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting and guidance on complex mobility issues, analyzing data to provide sound recommendations, and counseling relocating employees on mobility matters.
• Manage cost projections, policy consultation and administration, assignment documentation, coordination of international immigration support, vendor management, and intercompany chargebacks, purchase orders, billing, and invoicing.
• Plan and assist with the implementation of Global Mobility policies and/or processes, new vendors, and systems & data flow between third-party providers.
• Build and manage partnerships and collaborate with key stakeholders like HR Business Partners, Legal, Tax, Equity, Payroll, Accounting, Finance, and Corporate Tax to provide expertise on all global mobility matters.
• Proactive identification of relocation and/or immigration considerations and to keep all relevant stakeholders apprised of updates.
• Stay abreast of global Immigration updates and trends to benchmark and develop alternative solutions to immigration challenges.
• Establish policy guidance and maintain compliance framework for supporting the firm’s enterprise-wide strategy for the mobile employee and immigration population.
