Qualifications

• Experience in in-house mobility tax, advisory firms, or both.
• Strong knowledge of income tax, payroll withholding, and social security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the global mobility tax framework and service model.
• Create policies for international and domestic assignments and transfers.
• Support expansion with compliant mobility practices and tax projections.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams on implications.
• Guide employees through mobility lifecycle including tax briefings.
