PayPal is seeking a seasoned Global Mobility Manager to drive mobility strategy across the enterprise. You will analyze complex mobility issues, guide policy development, and coordinate international immigration support.

The role requires partnering with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and HR to ensure compliant, scalable mobility programs. We offer a balanced hybrid work model with competitive compensation, equity, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Significant experience as a Global Mobility Manager for a large company and mobility tax experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting on mobility issues and counsel relocating employees.
• Support program requirements including cost projections, policy consultation and administration, assignment documentation, coordination of international immigration support, vendor management, and intercompany chargebacks.
• Plan and implement Global Mobility policies and processes, new vendors, and systems data flow between third‑party providers.
• Build and manage partnerships with HR Business Partners, Legal, Tax, Equity, Payroll, Accounting, Finance, and Corporate Tax to provide expertise on all global mobility matters.
• Proactively identify relocation and immigration considerations and keep stakeholders apprised of updates.
• Stay updated on global immigration updates and trends to benchmark and develop alternative solutions.
• Establish policy guidance and maintain a compliance framework for supporting the firm’s enterprise‑wide mobility strategy.
