Job summary

FM is seeking an experienced Global Mobility professional in Johnston, RI to coordinate domestic and international mobility cases, guiding policy, costs, and timelines for relocating employees. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and partners to ensure compliant, efficient case delivery and a positive employee relocation experience.

The role supports internal stakeholders with mobility options, estimates, and feasibility, while monitoring vendor performance and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5+ years Global Mobility experience.
• Experience coordinating mobility across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience with relocation, immigration, tax, or mobility service providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates domestic and international mobility cases from initiation through completion, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Provides information to hiring managers and HR partners on mobility options, costs, timing, feasibility, and policy requirements.
• Manages day-to-day vendor activity for relocation and mobility services; monitors service delivery and employee experience.
• Ensures adherence to mobility policies; flags cross-border, remote work, tax, payroll, immigration, cost, and compliance matters for experts.
• Prepares reports, documents processes, and supports program improvements with data, analytics, and vendor integration.
