About Nscale

Nscale is a global hyperscaler engineered for AI infrastructure and the engine for superintelligence. Our ability to build and scale exceptional teams globally depends on creating a seamless, supportive experience for every employee we hire and relocate. Immigration is not just a process — it’s a pivotal life moment.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Mobility Specialist to own the tactical, end-to-end delivery of domestic and international relocations for our US employee population. You will manage moves from initiation through completion, administer US mobility policies and allowances, and oversee mobility vendors to ensure cases progress smoothly. This is a hands‑on operational role in a fast‑moving, still‑evolving environment, with the potential to support additional locations and regions as Nscale’s footprint grows.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage relocations end to end: Own the tactical delivery of domestic and international moves for the US population, from case initiation and employee guidance through move completion and case closure. Manage relocations, transfers, and assignments while maintaining accurate case records and resolving issues throughout the move lifecycle.
  • Administer US mobility policies: Apply US relocation and assignment policies consistently, manage mobility allowance requests through our ticketing system, provide practical guidance on policy provisions, and escalate exceptions or risks when needed.
  • Oversee mobility vendors: Lead day‑to‑day coordination with relocation and mobility vendors, including case initiation, service delivery, tracking, issue resolution, and accountability for a high‑quality employee experience. Partner with the US Immigration Specialist when a move also involves immigration support.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences: Provide empathetic, clear, and timely guidance to employees navigating sensitive, high‑stakes moves.
  • Build the program: Apply and help refine mobility tracking systems, policies, and processes as the program matures. Contribute on‑the‑ground feedback to improve playbooks for future expansion and M&A activity.
  • Analyze and report: Support KPI reporting, cost analysis, and employee feedback loops to measure and continuously improve program effectiveness.
About You
  • 4+ years of hands‑on mobility casework experience, with demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end domestic and international relocations for a US employee population.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong experience administering US mobility policies, relocation benefits, allowances, assignments, and related compliance considerations.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments without a fully defined process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain sound judgment under pressure.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing mobility or relocation vendors, driving case progress, resolving service issues, and holding partners accountable for delivery.
  • Openness to taking on additional locations or regions as the business grows.
Nice to have
  • Experience working alongside an in‑house Immigration Specialist or team.
  • Exposure to mobility outside the US, such as the UK, EMEA, or APAC, or an interest in growing into a broader regional remit.
  • Experience in the data center, infrastructure, or technical workforce sectors.
  • Experience managing mobility vendors or EOR providers.
  • Familiarity with global immigration frameworks and the intersection of mobility and immigration.
  • Strong experience with data reporting and program metrics.
What We Can Offer You
  • Highly competitive US compensation package (base + bonus + equity), with performance reviews every 12 months.
  • Join one of the fastest‑growing AI infrastructure companies — your chance to directly shape how global AI capacity is planned and deployed.
  • Expect a dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions. Grow by leading critical cross‑functional initiatives and shaping capital strategy — always with our full support.
  • Human-First Flexibility: We treat you as humans first. Our flexible workplace trusts Nscalers to deliver, giving you the autonomy to shape your day around life's moments.
