Qualifications

• 1+ year in mobility, HR processes, onboarding or offboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Responsible and positive work attitude with the ability to handle challenging tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and consultant to Employees, Candidates, Talent Acquisition, HR and stakeholders.
• Design and implement key mobility processes with global stakeholders including Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement.
• Provide data driven insights to enhance policies and programs with the Performance & Incentives Team.
• Partner with cross regional counterparts to achieve alignment and results.
• Own Mobility vendors (immigration, relocation, tax, destination services) to optimize processes and uphold standards.
