Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to manage business travel compliance, including visas, posted worker and social security obligations, and cross-border employee transfers.

You will own relocations, assignments, and entity transfers, ensuring seamless experiences for employees and timely, accurate information for Payroll, People Services, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, training, and/or experience.
• Experience owning global mobility cases including visas, relocations, and transfers.
• Ability to explain visa processes clearly and without jargon.

Responsibilities

• Own business travel compliance cases end to end, including visas and social security.
• Support employees through relocations and assignments from acceptance to arrival.
• Manage entity transfers to keep all stakeholders informed and processes seamless.
• Be first point of contact for global mobility questions and provide documentation to reduce repeats.
• Hold providers accountable and communicate capabilities and limits clearly.
• Handle project work as programs grow, identifying policy improvements and new providers.
