TikTok is seeking a skilled Mobility Operations professional to design and implement global mobility processes, partnering with Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement across regions. You will provide data-driven insights to shape policies and work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR to ensure a seamless employee experience.

The role requires coordinating with regional teams, managing mobility vendors, and upholding high standards of process excellence while protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience with mobility, HR processes, onboarding or offboarding.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME to Employees, Candidates, Talent Acquisition, HR and stakeholders; leverage industry knowledge.
• Design and implement mobility processes with Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement considering country/regional/global requirements.
• Provide data-driven insights to enhance policies and programs with the Performance & Incentives Team.
• Collaborate with cross-regional counterparts to achieve alignment and results.
• Manage Mobility vendors (immigration, relocation, tax, destination services) to optimize processes and uphold standards.
