Adyen is seeking a Manager, Global Mobility based in San Francisco to drive our mobility strategy and lead the team. You will partner with the People, Finance, Tax, and Payroll teams to enable smooth assignees and scalable processes.

This role focuses on immigration, tax, budgeting, and vendor management, with data reporting to measure impact and inform program evolution. You will contribute to a fast-growing, office-first culture that values collaboration and integrity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global mobility or HR leadership.
• Strong data literacy and analytics capability.
• Experience with immigration, tax, and international assignments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and policy: build mobility frameworks that scale and stay competitive.
• Leadership accountability: shape the team, define success, and deliver results.
• Stakeholder collaboration: partner with People, Finance, Tax and Payroll to move initiatives forward.
• Compliance: navigate immigration, tax, and legal requirements for assignments.
• Financial management: manage relocation budgets and optimize spend without compromising experience.
• Vendor management: work with relocation experts and immigration/tax consultants.
• Team member support: assist employees and families with housing, schooling, and settling in.
• Data and reporting: maintain mobility metrics and provide insights for decision making.
