Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Global Mobility Lead to build and operate a scalable mobility program for a global workforce. You will own immigration, relocation, and cross-border employment, partnering with People Ops, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders.

This staff-level role translates complex requirements into clear decisions, repeatable processes, and strong vendor governance while developing the team as CoreWeave expands across US, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of global mobility, immigration, or related HR/operational work.
• Experience managing US immigration programs and coordinating with counsel.
• Experience with cross-border moves, work authorization, and relocations.
• Ability to design processes, controls, and service-level metrics.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, escalations, and sensitive data.
• Experience leading or mentoring at least one team member.
• Strong written and verbal communication at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the global mobility strategy, framework, and decision rights.
• Oversee immigration case intake, filings, and employee communications across jurisdictions.
• Own relocation workflows and cross-border employment, including vendor coordination.
• Build scalable processes and analytics across systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Asana).
• Partner with People Ops, Legal, Finance, and Leaders; mentor team members.
