Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a People Operations Specialist to run day-to-day lifecycle processes for a rapidly growing, globally distributed workforce. You will execute employee lifecycle operations and serve as a reliable first contact for employees and managers across People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, and Payroll.

You’ll work with the Senior Global Mobility Partner on immigration and relocation coordination, always following established playbooks with a high bar for accuracy and continuous

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR operations, HR coordination, or shared services.
• Hands-on experience executing employee lifecycle transactions in an HRIS, ideally Workday.
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume, deadline-driven work.
• Experience supporting employees through a ticketing system or shared inbox.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and lifecycle transactions.
• Process Workday changes including job data, compensation, and org structure.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Payroll, and Benefits for start-date readiness.
• Support immigration and relocation case coordination with the Global Mobility Partner.
