Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Partner to shape a compliant, business-aligned mobility experience for candidates and employees. You will report to the Global Mobility Lead and help scale a growing mobility function across geographies and work arrangements.

You will own end-to-end immigration and mobility matters, advise stakeholders, and manage outside counsel and vendors while building scalable workflows and self-service resources. This is a high-impact role at Harvey.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive global mobility experience, including in-house role.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration and ability to translate legal advice into business guidance.
• Trusted mobility advisor to employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience across relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel.
• Working knowledge of tax, compensation, payroll, benefits, equity, and employment considerations for cross-border moves.
• Experience managing a portfolio of complex, time-sensitive mobility matters.
• Experience managing outside counsel and mobility vendors, improving operations through documentation, automation, or reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of immigration and mobility matters across sponsorship, relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel.
• Lead strategy and delivery for complex U.S. immigration matters with outside counsel.
• Advise candidates, employees, managers, Recruiting, People Partners, and business leaders on mobility options.
• Manage relationships with immigration counsel, tax advisors, relocation providers, and other mobility partners.
• Build workflows, playbooks, communications, and reporting to scale mobility and self-service support.
