Job summary

Harvey is rapidly expanding its mobility practice, seeking a Senior Global Mobility Partner to deliver compliant, business-aligned mobility support for candidates and employees. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, outside counsel, and mobility vendors to drive scalable programs across relocation, transfers, and remote work.

You will own case delivery while expanding program ownership and building processes, dashboards, and self-service resources.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of global mobility experience in-house.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration.
• Experience advising employees and managers on mobility options.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of immigration and mobility matters across sponsorship, relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel.
• Lead the company-side strategy and delivery for complex U.S. immigration matters with outside counsel.
• Advise candidates, employees, managers, Recruiting, People, and leaders on mobility options and tradeoffs with experts when needed.
• Manage relationships with immigration counsel, tax advisors, relocation providers, and other mobility partners.
• Build and improve workflows, playbooks, communications, reporting, and self-service resources for mobility.
• Maintain accurate work authorization and mobility data, support immigration and audit-readiness, and apply policies with clear recommendations.
• Guide candidates and employees through complex situations with clarity, empathy.
