Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Global Employee Mobility Program Specialist to join the Global Employee Mobility team. This onsite role can be based in the United States or Singapore and focuses on supporting mobility strategy and programs across the Americas in collaboration with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance.

You will provide strategic guidance on tax, immigration, relocation, and business traveler compliance, drive program enhancements, and shape the future of HPE's mobility

Qualifications

• University degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of Global Mobility experience in a global organization.
• Experience in a corporate Global Mobility function is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mobility programs across the Americas and collaborate with global SMEs on tax, immigration, relocation, and compliance.
• Manage specialized programs including remote work and crisis management scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with global mobility policies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and enhance mobility policies, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
