Job summary

WHOOP is seeking an Immigration & Global Mobility Specialist to own and scale our immigration, global mobility, and contractor operations programs. You will guide employees and candidates through complex immigration processes and build scalable practices as we hire across borders.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, People, and external advisors to ensure compliant, efficient operations while supporting worldwide growth and workforce mobility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, immigration, global mobility, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting immigration or mobility programs.
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment-based immigration and work authorization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own U.S. immigration cases across the full lifecycle, including offers, visa sponsorship, renewals, work authorization, and permanent residency.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for immigration and global mobility for employees, recruiters, and leaders.
• Advise recruiting teams on immigration considerations, visa eligibility, sponsorship options, and right-to-work requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, People, and external advisors to support global expansion.
• Own contractor operations across onboarding, documentation, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Build scalable processes, documentation, and reporting for immigration, mobility, and contractor programs.
