Cornerstone Relocation Group is seeking a Mobility Consultant to join our Global Mobility team in the United States. You will guide employees through domestic and international relocations as a trusted advisor, coordinating relocation services and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

You will work with clients, assignees, vendors, and internal teams to manage immigration, compliance, and related services, while building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in global mobility, relocation, immigration, or related HR.
• Knowledge of global mobility programs, assignment management, and immigration processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as an advocate for employees and assignees in the global mobility program.
• Apply expertise in mobility and assignment management for high-quality assignee experience.
• Coordinate benefits per policy, including training, shipments, and related services.
• Maintain proactive communication with assignees throughout their assignment.
• Prepare and review relocation/assignment reports for clients.
• Escalate complex assignee concerns to leadership as appropriate.
• Review cost estimates to support budgeting and accruals.
• Negotiate host country rental agreements and terminations as needed.
• Support year-end compensation processes with Global Compensation and tax teams.
• Resolve vendor issues with the CRG Vendor Manager.
• Ensure accurate data input and maintenance in mobility system.
• Submit escalation exception requests to clients as required.
• Coordinate immigration processes, visas, permits, and labor certifications.
