Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior mobile device program leader to design and operate a corporate-issued device fleet across regions. You will own the platform decisions, scope, policy, and lifecycle for devices and BYOD coexistence.

You’ll define device standards, manage global logistics, and integrate configuration-as-code pipelines, Apple Business Manager, ADE, and MDM tooling to deliver zero-touch enrollment and secure telemetry across all regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years managing corporate fleets at thousands of devices scale.
• Experience with iOS device management and Apple Business Manager/ADE.
• Strong across Android device management and mixed fleet environments.

Responsibilities

• Design the corporate-issued mobile device program: standards, scope, and regional rollout.
• Own global hardware logistics: procurement partners, regional coverage, spares, refresh cycles.
• Integrate configuration-as-code pipelines for mobile policies and rollout processes.
• Build zero-touch enrollment: Apple Business Manager and ADE with managed Apple accounts for iOS and Android.
• Own device lifecycle, policy, and security posture across the fleet.
• Develop telemetry to monitor device state, compliance, and updates.
• Own managed app distribution from approval to rollout.
• Collaborate with Corporate Security on device posture and travel devices.
