Job summary

BridgePoint Associates, LLC. in Northern Virginia seeks a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to lead global mission delivery, oversee 260 locations, and manage a 450+ staff team within a $75M budget. The role is hybrid and reports to the CEO.

You will drive operational excellence, implement data-driven strategies, and partner with the leadership team to expand programs and impact across the organization. International travel will be required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience, including 7+ years in executive management
• Experience overseeing large, globally dispersed teams
• Proven budget management experience with multi-million budgets
• Strong data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically
• Nonprofit experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery and field operations for 260 locations
• Develop and implement strategies focused on mission delivery, operational excellence, and impact
• Empower teams globally, overseeing a 450+ staff
• Utilize data, KPIs, and insights to inform strategy and program effectiveness
• Assess organizational effectiveness and align resources with needs
• Guide creation of new programs and services
• Partner with the CEO and Leadership Team on strategic plans
