Job summary

BridgePoint Associates, LLC. seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a highly regarded nonprofit in Northern Virginia. The role reports to the CEO and oversees global mission delivery across 260 locations, empowering 450+ staff with a $75M operating budget.

The COO will lead strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and partner with the Leadership Team to advance mission impact while supporting international and domestic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in executive management.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience overseeing large, globally dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated track record managing similarly sized budgets.
• Strong data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making.
• Understanding of and experience with military culture and related dynamics.
• Nonprofit experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically.

Salary Range: $315,000 to $350,000 per year + bonus potential based on organization and individual performance

Terrific Chief Operating Officer ("COO") position with a highly regarded nonprofit in Virginia.

Reporting to the CEO, the COO will be responsible for global mission delivery across 260 locations. The COO will empower a diverse team of 450+ staff and oversee a $75M operating budget. This role will have responsibility for continuous improvement, innovation, and impact of the organization's programs and services.
