Job summary

Nouryon is seeking a Global Market Development Manager for Mining to drive growth by translating complex technical data into tangible commercial value. You will coordinate Sales, Technical Service, R&D, and IBP to execute growth initiatives and expand Nouryon’s mining portfolio globally.

You will implement strategy with Sales/Marketing, build relationships with mining companies and distributors, and feed the innovation pipeline with customer insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical service, sales and marketing within mining chemicals.
• Strong technical understanding of mineral processing operations.
• Direct market experience in dewatering, leaching or solvent extraction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the business strategy to achieve growth targets and increase market share, translating data into financial opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to identify growth opportunities across global mining regions.
• Establish relationships with mining companies and distributors across the value chain.
• Identify unmet customer needs and feed opportunities into Nouryon’s innovation pipeline.
• Coordinate internal experts to support customer activities and drive market development initiatives.
• Support field validation of value propositions and go-to-market approaches for new product launches.
