Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Mineral Processing Practice Leader to drive growth, technical excellence, and market leadership across base metals, precious metals, critical minerals, and industrial minerals. This senior role offers global reach, significant autonomy, and the chance to shape the future of mineral processing within a leading mining and minerals practice.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field with 10+ years in metallurgical, chemical, or mineral

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline with 10+ years of experience in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mineral Processing Engineering.
Master's or PhD in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering preferred or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) registration is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the growth, technical excellence, and strategic direction of the Mineral Processing practice.
Define technical vision and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and metallurgists.
Drive business development across base metals, precious metals, critical minerals, and industrial minerals markets globally.
Act as a recognized subject matter expert and mentor the next generation of processing engineers.
