Job summary

P&C Recruiting and HR seeks a Process Manager to lead leach pad, processing, assay, and metallurgical operations. You will drive safety, environmental compliance, and cost efficiency while meeting production targets and optimizing performance.

You will oversee process engineering design, plant layouts, and equipment procurement, directing lab work and KPI analysis. Strong leadership, 10+ years in mineral processing, and advanced degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant mining/metallurgical field required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years mineral processing experience with broad management responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead multiple projects.
• Deep knowledge of oxide ore metallurgy with heap leaching and gold/silver extraction.
• Excellent communication, data analysis, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate leach pad, processing, assay, and metallurgical operations.
• Ensure safe, environmentally compliant, and cost-efficient production.
• Oversee process engineering design, including flowsheets and equipment procurement.
• Direct laboratory test work and monitor metallurgical KPIs.
• Develop annual operations plans and manage capital and operating budgets.
• Collaborate across functions for scheduling and safety improvements.
• Communicate plant objectives and performance to stakeholders.
