Job summary

AECOM seeks a Mineral Processing Practice Leader to drive growth, technical excellence, and market leadership in our mineral processing business. This senior role blends deep technical depth with commercial acumen and a passion for developing people and practices across a global client base.

You will define the technical vision, lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and metallurgists, and expand opportunities in base metals, precious metals, and critical minerals worldwide while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering; 10+ years in metallurgical/mineral processing engineering.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in mineral processing design and engineering.
• Experience in consulting or EPCM environments on multidisciplinary mining projects.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth, technical excellence, and strategic direction of the Mineral Processing practice.
• Define technical vision and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and metallurgists.
• Drive business development across base metals, precious metals, critical minerals, and industrial minerals markets globally.
• Mentor the next generation of processing engineers and contribute to client-focused solutions.
