Job summary

AECOM seeks a Mineral Processing Practice Leader to drive growth, technical excellence, and market leadership across the mineral processing business. This high-impact, senior role offers global reach, significant autonomy, and the chance to shape the future of mineral processing within a leading mining and minerals practice.

Responsibilities include defining vision, leading engineers and metallurgists, and expanding client relationships with cross-commodity markets worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field; 10+ years in metallurgical/mineral processing.
• Experience leading mineral processing design teams and projects.
• Consulting or EPCM experience in mining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth, technical excellence, and strategic direction of the Mineral Processing practice.
• Define technical vision and lead multidisciplinary team of engineers and metallurgists.
• Drive business development across base metals, precious metals, critical minerals, and industrial minerals markets globally.
• Mentor engineers and develop people to advance the practice.
