Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field with 10+ years in metallurgical/mineral processing.
• Master/PhD preferred; Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred.
• Experience in consulting/EPCM on multidisciplinary mining projects; willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and strategic direction of the Mineral Processing practice.
• Define technical vision and lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers.
• Drive global business development across metals and minerals markets.
• Mentor engineers and deliver client-focused solutions.
