Job summary

RH Aero Systems is a leading aviation support equipment provider with headquarters in Mason, Ohio. We seek a US Military Compliance System Manager to lead our global compliance program, including export controls, licensing, sanctions, and regulatory alignment across the business. The role is a senior, cross-functional leadership position reporting to the Sr.

Director of Quality. You will guide risk assessments, develop policies, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with Engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. Master’s preferred.
• At least 7+ years in US Military Compliance/ trade compliance in regulated environments.
• Experience with export licensing, classification, technology controls, audits and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and ongoing management of the US Military Compliance System Program.
• Establish policies, procedures, and internal controls for export-controlled products, data, software and services.
• Perform risk assessments, compliance reviews and program evaluations to strengthen controls.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates to compliance requirements.
• Coordinate acrossEngineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Legal, and Leadership to support business objectives.
