Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an experienced leader to drive the Aerospace Business Compliance & Strategic Projects program across Product Safety, Quality, and Engineering. You will partner with business leaders to embed a culture of integrity, oversee risk assessments, and guide strategic compliance projects under the CES & PAT Chief Compliance Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in Compliance, Risk Management or similar roles; or Associates with 12+ years; or High School with 14+ years.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or similar operational or program/project management roles.

Responsibilities

• Leads and executes the compliance program for the assigned organizations, setting strategy and priorities in collaboration with central compliance and business leaders.
• Partners with business leaders to sustain a culture of integrity within division sites and groups.
• Leads operating rhythm to engage business leaders and stakeholders (e.g., Compliance Review Boards).
• Leads the compliance network for assigned groups to promote reporting and integrity culture.
• Connects with JV entities, understands their compliance risk, and drives mitigations.
