Job summary

RH Aero Systems in Mason, Ohio, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end performance for military and defense programs. You will guide a cross-functional team and drive delivery, cost, and compliance across sourcing, procurement, and fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in supply chain, and proven leadership in a matrix organization. Experience with ITAR/EAR/DFARS and government programs is highly valued, along with strong analytical and problem-solving

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business, supply chain, or related field.
8+ years of experience across order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or project mgmt.
Proven leadership managing teams with strategic and operational responsibilities.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and ITAR/FAR knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end supply chain performance for the product value stream.
Provide functional and people leadership to Sourcing Specialists and Fulfillment Leaders.
Align sourcing and fulfillment priorities to support global supply chain strategy.
Drive root-cause problem solving and lean improvements.
Ensure supplier compliance with ITAR, EAR, DFARS and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with contracts, quality, and security to protect data and records.
