Job summary

Optiver’s Global Enterprise Clients team maintains the Microsoft 365 platform used by our worldwide workforce, ensuring collaboration, messaging, identity, and mobile access are reliable at scale. The role involves owning design, validation, and implementation, with a focus on observability, automation, and continuous capability uplift across global offices.

Qualifications

7+ years as a senior Microsoft 365 engineer or architect
Deep hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online and Exchange Online
Strong identity and access architecture including Entra ID/Azure AD and Conditional Access
Proven track record simplifying complex hybrid environments
Proficient with Log Analytics and KQL

Responsibilities

Set direction and design standards for global Microsoft 365 platform
Lead architectural decisions end-to-end from design to rollout
Drive simplification of hybrid environments
Define and operate collaboration/content platforms, governance and lifecycle
Own enterprise messaging and identity/access foundations
Architect Azure foundations supporting M365 and automation
Design self-healing automation and production-grade tooling
Operate BAU for the platform including incidents and changes
Develop AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while maintaining ownership
