Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically a four-year university degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• The candidate will be a mental health professional with clinical practice experience.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in mental health programs, including humanitarian settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical quality oversight and guidance for MHPSS activities across global and country-level programs.
• Support country teams in developing and running culturally appropriate MHPSS programming.
• Ensure MHPSS work aligns with IASC guidelines and IMC approaches.
• Promote integration with nutrition, health, child protection and VAWG programs.
• Coordinate with governments and partners, and represent IMC in relevant forums.
• Develop and apply standardized MHPSS monitoring and evaluation tools.
