Job summary

PATH International seeks a senior advisor to lead milestone performance management for a large, multi-country health initiative. You will design and oversee a comprehensive milestone framework across malaria, MNCH, HIV, TB, and polio, coordinating with MEL and country teams to ensure timely milestone achievement and payment integrity.

You will build centralized tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools, driving data quality, forecasting, and risk mitigation while supporting

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in public health, development, monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in program performance management, M&E, data analytics, or related fields.
Experience supporting complex donor-funded global health programs in LMICs.
Strong ability to design and manage performance tracking systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of milestone performance management for a large fixed-amount award across 13 countries.
Develop centralized milestone tracking with dashboards and automated reporting.
Collaborate with MEL teams and country offices to align with monitoring frameworks.
Identify risks, perform root-cause analysis, and develop corrective actions.
Provide guidance on data quality, forecasting, and adaptive management.
Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership and program teams.
