Job summary

International Medical Corps (UK) HQ Technical Unit (TU) MHPSS Team provides technical quality oversight and programmatic guidance to global and country-level MHPSS activities and programming, ensuring alignment with international guidelines.

The role involves coordinating with country teams, developing MHPSS tools, monitoring and evaluating programs, and representing IMC in national and international forums. Travel to field sites is expected to support both remote and in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical quality oversight and guidance for global and country-level MHPSS activities.
• Support development of culturally appropriate MHPSS programming, including MH/PHC integration and case management.
• Develop standardized M&E tools and capture lessons learned for replication and expansion.
• Represent IMC at national and international conferences and coordinate with government authorities and partners.
• Travel to field sites for remote and in-person support and field visits.
• Provide support to cross-cutting programs (Nutrition, Health, Child Protection, VAWG) as needed.
• Prepare field trip reports and annexes with analyses and recommendations.
