Job summary

Peloton Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Dimensional Engineering and Metrology to lead our global metrology lab and act as SME for GD&T. You will translate design intent into manufacturing reality, driving quality and reliability through advanced statistics and zero‑error thinking.

You will own the lab roadmap, establish ISO/ASME standards, and collaborate with Hardware, Quality, and overseas partners to ensure data alignment and robust NPI support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Dimensional Engineering/Metrology.
• 3+ years in a technical lead role.
• GD&T certification and manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Metrology Lab roadmap, CapEx planning, and global processes.
• Define corporate GD&T standards and drive data-driven gauging.
• Audit measurement correlation with overseas partners to ensure data alignment.
• Oversee high-precision inspections (CNC-CMM, 3D scanning) and root-cause investigations.
• Integrate Design for Inspection (DFI) with suppliers and hardware teams.
• Develop training to elevate metrology literacy across Peloton.
