Job summary

Molex is seeking a Metrology Supervisor to lead daily metrology laboratory operations, oversee a team of Metrology Engineers and Technicians, and support product development, manufacturing, tooling and quality. The role includes leadership in GD&T strategies, calibration, and process improvements across CMM, CT, and optical systems.

You will partner with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and AQP teams to solve complex dimensional challenges, while driving standardization and digital

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Metrology-related field required.
5+ years in dimensional metrology or related discipline.
2+ years leading technical teams or lab operations.
Experience interpreting GD&T and drawings with dimensional inspection.

Responsibilities

Lead daily metrology lab operations and resource planning.
Coach and develop Metrology Engineers and Technicians.
Direct measurement strategies using CMM, CT, optical, and vision tools.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing on GD&T challenges.
Maintain lab standards, calibration, and equipment qualification.
Drive continuous improvement and digital reporting initiatives.
