Paysafe in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a VP, Merchant Risk Operations to lead our global risk operations across underwriting, onboarding, and portfolio monitoring. The role focuses on delivering efficient merchant experiences while upholding risk controls and governance.

The successful candidate will transform operations through automation, AI-enabled decision support, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Strategy, Commercial, Product, Compliance and Technology.

Qualifications

10+ years in Payments, Banking, Risk, Fraud, Compliance or Transformarion.
At least 3 years managing large Merchant Risk Operations across regions and distributed teams.
Experience owning operational KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and backlog in a scaled environment.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead the global Merchant Risk Operations function across underwriting, onboarding, merchant review, portfolio monitoring and risk investigations.
Drive automation, workflow redesign, and AI-enabled decision support to improve speed and quality.
Develop operational KPIs, governance, and reporting aligned with risk appetite and policy.
Partner with Technology to automate manual activities and strengthen operational scalability.
