Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Merchandising leader to oversee Asia JV assortment across retail, franchisee, and e‑commerce channels. You will drive seasonal planning, SKU management, and revenue optimization through data-driven decision making.

Lead a high‑performing team, align brand initiatives with regional needs, and guide planning, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration to strengthen Skechers’ market position globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably business-related.
• 15+ years buying/merchandising experience, preferably in footwear.
• 4+ years of planning experience, preferably in footwear/apparel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising across Asia JV partners and internal teams.
• Develop seasonal assortment strategies for all channels and formats.
• Lead weekly sales analysis and translate data into actions to maximize revenue.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on calendar, budgeting, and marketing needs.
• Build channel-specific assortment plans for Concept, Outlet, Big Box, and E‑Commerce.
• Guide E‑Commerce strategies across multiple Asia JV markets.
