Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, seeks a Senior Merchandising Manager for International markets to own product assortments, line sheets, and showrooms across subsidiary countries. You will analyze trends, coordinate samples, and guide buying decisions to drive growth and profitability.

You will partner with VP – GMM International and cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and travel as needed to support international partners and tradeshows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Merchandising experience with a large volume of SKUs.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• International experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own product lines and brand initiatives for each subsidiary market.
• Build assortments and communicate product strategies to international partners.
• Analyze selling trends and advise on opportunities for growth.
• Prepare line sheets and manage samples for subsidiary showrooms and staff.
• Attend calls/conferences with subsidiary partners to discuss business needs.
• Communicate product and business information across time zones daily.
