Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, seeks an International Merchandising professional to oversee product assortments and line sheets for subsidiary markets. You will manage samples, respond to sales trends, and present lines to internal and external teams with confidence.

A global mindset and strong Excel skills are essential. 6+ years in merchandising, a bachelor’s degree, and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of merchandising experience with a large volume of SKUs.
• Bachelor’s degree; international experience is a plus.
• Sales/trade show experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; global mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own product lines and brand initiatives; build assortments for each Subsidiary market.
• Coordinate with international partners on product availability, samples, trends, and strategy.
• Maintain line sheets, samples, adds/drops/reductions for each subsidiary line.
• Attend monthly/quarterly calls with subsidiary partners to discuss business status and needs.
• Analyze selling by category to identify growth or loss opportunities and communicate findings.
