Job summary

You will lead a global team, partner with domestic product, and deliver seasonally relevant collections that maximize revenue while mitigating risk. Extensive travel and Mandarin fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably business-related.
• 15+ years buying/merchandising experience, footwear preferred.
• 4+ years planning experience in footwear/apparel.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese; strong cross-cultural communication.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising team and liaison between Asia JV partners and internal team.
• Develop seasonal assortments across all channels and store formats.
• Own weekly sales analysis and translate data into actions for revenue growth.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align assortment with strategy and budgets.
• Build channel-specific plans for Concept, Outlet, Big Box, and E‑Commerce.
• Oversee Asia JV e‑commerce assortment strategies and market relevance.
• Analyze trends and competition to identify expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to seasonal budget planning with Planning and JV partners.
